Pakom Internet it is one of the newest members of the Pakom Group. The Golden Globe IT once again emphasizes the importance of initiating systems and Serbia finally allows purchase, and payment over the Internet. Why are we so much behind the world?
The Serbian market is small and underdeveloped. For many tasks and projects required a critical mass of customers who can to finance further research and investment in development. In this sense, indeed we should not be too self-critical because the more developed countries such as Italy or the Netherlands, cannot follow the pace dictated by America, the most common reference in the development of IT.

It turns out that problems with the establishment of this system were not directly related only to the IT development. There is still no clear legal framework, and there are other kinds of resistance.
Exactly. The launching of the "paymet gateway system was not as difficult as it might seem. We had the experience and support from the region, and we did not live under the delusion that the first phase of the system can be profitable. Nevertheless, we were determined to make the first step because we have concluded that the whole IT industry is suffering because there is no possibility that the bill on the Internet. We are confident that already in this year it will show that the Internet will be a major driver of Serbian exports which is why we expect a serious cooperation with the state.

It is important to be first, but what is even more important ...?
Even more important is to keep the position. There is no reason not to say that, for example IT services led by Banca Intesa Dejan Tesic, just like Pexim, in recent months  done quite a lot in this field, maybe more than us. But this is what we need to start: new challenges and competition law. Just so our readers will be able to buy better and higher quality the product and get better service.

Is there something you are working on, because of what you would be able to win a GoldenGlobe IT next year?
Golden Globe is a top prize. It is difficult to repeat such a success. Our wish is that every site we manage becomes No1 in its field as it is www.pakom.com, www.crvenazvezdafk.com,  www.stetoskop.info,  www.kameleon.rs  and many others. I would like to get IT Globe for best Web site in 2008.
